The Complete Guide to Pricing Your Tattoo Design

The Complete Guide to Pricing Your Tattoo Design

I often get asked by people looking to get a tattoo: how much do you think this will cost? Of course each person has their own unique design in mind and everyone wants to know exactly how much their design is going to cost them. However, pricing tattoos is very difficult. You can not give a simple answer to a question like that. The price of a tattoo can vary on a lot of factors. However, here is a general guide so you know some of the factors and some price ranges that would be considered decent.

The Complete Guide to Pricing Your Tattoo Design

The Complete Guide to Pricing Your Tattoo Design

The Complete Guide to Pricing Your Tattoo Design

The Complete Guide to Pricing Your Tattoo Design

The Complete Guide to Pricing Your Tattoo Design

First Factor: The Shop

Every shop has it's own pricing guidelines and even every tattoo artist in the shop might have their own ways of pricing a tattoo. The more famous the shop or artist is the more expensive the tattoo will be. Also the price can changedepending on how busy the shop is at the time you go in. If they are packed up with clients then they are going to quote you a much higher price then if they are looking for work.

Second Factor: The Design

Another factor that goes into the final price of the tattoo is the design itself. If you have a really large tattoo design in mind and you want the art work to be drawn by the tattoo artist it is going to cost a significant amount more then if you have some flash design that you found at their shop on the wall. I know the size of the design and the difference between custom drawn and flash will significantly change the price.

Third Factor: Time

Another factor that always goes into pricing the tattoo design is the amount of time itwill take to do the work. A large back piece is going to take a significant number of hours over a small Wrist tattoo. If you are looking for something really big like a full back tattoo or a body suit you are going to be spending lots of hours over multiple visits to the tattoo shop and it is going to cost a huge amount of money. You should easily spend thousands of Dollars for a full back tattoo. However, small designs that can be done quickly in one sitting of 30 minutes to an hour are obviously going to cost much less.

General Rules

First and foremost don't ever go bargain shopping for a tattoo design. Do you really want the guy that is the cheapest to do you tattoo design? This is a permanent tattoo design that you are going to live with for the rest ofyour life and you do not want it coming out all messed up just to save a few bucks. Second you do not ever want to try and negotiate or bargain down a tattoo artist. This will infuriate the artist and can often offend them. Most tattoo artists do their work for a living. Yes they might love creating designs and making tattoos but in the end they do this to put Food on their plate and pay the bills. They have worked hard to get to the level they are at and be able to charge the prices they are charging. Negotiating with them is like doubting their skills. With that in mind you do not want to negotiate and you do not want to go with the lowest price it can be wise to search a few different stores and get quotes from different artists. Thus way you can find an artist that you connect wellwith and someone who you like their designs. The price often will seem reasonable to you if you shop around and find an artist that you really like.

So this gets us down to the question we started with know how much will my tattoo design be? Obviously due to what is stated above this is hard to answer. However here is a general guideline that can help you but it into some ranges and perspective.

Small tattoo design (Wrist, foot, ankle)-Between $ 50 and $ 150

Medium tattoo design (forearm, leg, upper back, lower back)-Between $ 150 to $ 500

Large tattoo design (Full back, sleeve, full leg)-Between $ 500 to $ 2,000

Many guys want to know the secret to having very EASY one-

what "rules" to apply if you want to succeed.

Get LAID: The Easy Way to Pick Up Very Hot, Beautiful Girls In Bars and Clubs For Same-Night Sex

Get LAID: The Easy Way to Pick Up Very Hot, Beautiful Girls In Bars and Clubs For Same-Night Sex

You see, getting laid successfully in nightclub and bar
situations is all down to understanding woMen's
psychological view of casual sex ... and the actual process of
meeting guys socially when on a night out.

Most guys don't believe that a "nice" girl would ever sleep
with a guy she just met that night in a bar or a club. Well,
this kind of thinking is out dated and not enTirely true.
You see, modern society places on social "stigma" ongirls
who are considered "cheap" and have sex on the first night
but the real FACT is that, under the right circumstances, to
lot of "nice" girls would sleep with guys they just
met ...IF ... nobody else knows about it!

If you don't believe this, just think about how WILD young
girls get when they go to a foreign country on vacation,
when all their usual friends and family are not there to
Watch them. You would be amazed at how "loose" they can get
in those exceptional circumstances. So you can see that if
you want to succeed in having easy one night stands with hot
women, all you have to do is ...CREATE THE RIGHT ENVIRONMENT
where they can relax and not feel Watched and judged by the
rest of society.

Now, let's look at how to createthis environment. First of
all you have to plan the enTire night BEFORE you even leave
your house that evening. I'm going to repeat this point
because it's so important: "Planning" is absolutely crucial!
You must make sure you're your house is nice and tidy for
when you bring girls back. Make sure you've got soft, dim
lights, nice music and some drinks. You'll see why you need
these in a minute.

One night stands generally work better if you're going out
with friends although it's still possible if you're on your
own. Okay, the next thing is to have a very easy way to get
back to your house from the last club of the night. I always
try to find a club very NEAR my house or if I'm out of town,
I'll make sure to go to a> club near the hotel I'm staying
at.

Why is this so important? Remember why women don't feel
comfortable having sex with guys they just met: the social
stigma ... well, the closer you are to your place, the less time
she has to consciously THINK of what she's about to do with
you. Trust me, this is a very BIG factor in your getting
laid.

Okay, so here's how you arrange everything: go to a bar
first early in the night with your friends. Look for a
couple of girls to hook up with ... even if they're not your
first choice, your aim here is to get them to come with you
to your final club (which is close to your house).

You see, by arriving with girls, girls will see you as
desirable ... and not desperate (which is veryimportant). Then
just keep your eyes out for other girls that might be
interested in your "group" of friends. Instead of looking
for any one particular girl you like, focus on just getting
GROUPS OF GIRLS into your own group so everybody can mix
together. You see, by creating this large group, you'll be
ready for the final sTAGe of your "getting laid" plan.

At this sTAGe, all the girls would feel comfortable and safe
in the group and once the night is winding down, just
announce to the group that you just heard there's a great
Party happening "down the road" from the club and there's
lots of free drinks and good music. Say to the group that it
is an exclusive "invitation" only Party and because you're a
personal friend of theguy having the party, he's allowed
you to bring about ten friends.

I hope you can now see where this plan is going! Oz
everyone's cool with the plan, you all head back to your
house where you have your "party" situation already arranged
in advance. And of course once you get the girls in this
"exceptional" situation, it becomes easier to get physically
intimate with the one you like in the group and take her to
your room and the rest should happen pretty naturally.

Supporting the Transition from Childhood to Teenage Adulthood

Supporting the Transition from Childhood to Teenage Adulthood

The fact that teens go through a transition period is not at issue. We see it in our homes, on TV, at the mall. Just about everywhere we go, there are those teens, doing their very obvious transition thing! For many adults, this period is uncomfortable to witness. We may find it frightening, sad, or offensive. Some of us have the luxury of ignoring it, as we have no teens in our lives. But some of us have no choice; we are surrounded by Teen Spirit! Often we feel powerless to help; we're busy, they're scary, we feel incompetent, they refuse our offers. The truth is they DO need our help; how else are they to learn how to become happy and productive adults?

Supporting the Transition from Childhood to Teenage Adulthood

Supporting the Transition from Childhood to Teenage Adulthood

Supporting the Transition from Childhood to Teenage Adulthood

Supporting the Transition from Childhood to Teenage Adulthood

Supporting the Transition from Childhood to Teenage Adulthood

I've been playing with the Caterpillar-into-Butterfly analogy lately. The caterpillar/teen goes along, happily munchingleaves, when nature calls for a change. The caterpillar/teen enters its own little world and is set apart from society. " This period is a mystery to biologists but within this structure (the cocoon) nature is able to transform the fuzzy, prickly caterpillar/teen into a gorgeous butterfly/adult.

It's a cute comparison, right? Notice, however that something doesn't match up: where is the analogous cocoon when we're talking about teens? Imagine a butterfly being formed outside the cocoon. It couldn't happen. What safe structure is available for their delicate and dramatic transformation? If you take time to observe teens you notice that they are most passionate about their lives when they belong to a system. For some it's a strong family system, for others it's school or asports team or a club or church group. Others may find their purpose and passion through the responsibilities of holding down a Job. Unfortunately, when left to their own devices, and having few tools to cope with impending adulthood, teens will create their own structure to give them a sense of safety. Sadly, for some, a gang or drugs or having babies provides the structure they lack anywhere else.

How can parents create structure for their kids?

1. A strong sense of family is crucial. It doesn't matter what the family looks like as long as there is a strong sense of unity and common purpose.

2. All children need to feel safe. For a child this means that their parents are dependable, trustworthy and consistent in their behavior. It means that, when makingdecisions that affect their children, parents take into account their kid's particular physical, Mental, emotional, spiritual and psychological needs and limitations as well as their strengths. It means that the parents get to be parents, even when it's inconvenient or tiring or frightening and the kids get to be kids, even when it's boring or "unfAir" or restrictive.

3. To learn respect and compassion and kindness, kids need to see these demonstrated DAILY within their home. Love and acceptance should never (NEVER) be withheld. We may disapprove or despAir of our child's behavior (and administer an appropriate consequence or arrange for an intervention such as coaching or counseling) AND we still offer words of love and acceptance, for this is when our children probably need it themost.

Just as the caterpillar needs a structure to fulfill its destiny and complete its natural, even divine, transformation, so too a teen MUST have structure in order to fulfill his/her sacred life purpose. If a parent or other adult does not provide such structure during adolescence it can by pieced together by the wounded and healing adult later in life. Regardless, structure is imperative.

Golf Ball Compression to Match Your Swing and Hit the Ball Further!

Golf Ball Compression to Match Your Swing and Hit the Ball Further!

Compression in a golf ball is not particularly well understood. Our natural "more is better" reaction when choosing a golf ball is to pick a ball with a higher compression rating. But what is the right compression for your game?

Golf Ball Compression to Match Your Swing and Hit the Ball Further!

Golf Ball Compression to Match Your Swing and Hit the Ball Further!

Golf Ball Compression to Match Your Swing and Hit the Ball Further!

What is golf ball compression?

The compression of a golf ball is its effective density. It is a measure of how hard or soft the ball is, or, more specifically, how much it will deform under an applied pressure. A low compression ball requires less pressure to deform than a high compression ball.

Range balls can have a low compression as low as 70 and feel soft to hit. Some of the hardest balls manufactured have a compression of 110. Most you will see in general circulation are between 80 and 100 compression.

Remember alsothat the Air temperature can affect how hard the ball feels too. In cold weather, a high compression ball can feel like a rock to hit! In these conditions you may well benefit from switching to a lower compression ball.

Matching compression to swing speed

The compression of a golf ball does not equate to the distance it will go. A high compression ball does not fly further. What makes a ball travel further is the speed it comes off the club face.

When the club strikes the ball, it will significantly compress or deform the ball. The ball then rebounds back to his normal shape and accelerates off the club face. In harder, high compression golf ball takes more energy to compress it at impact i.e. you need a much higher swing speed. I Knowmatching your swing speed to the ball compression is important.

For golfers with slower swing speeds, the high compression balls do not benefit them at all. They simply do not generate enough club head speed to compress the ball at impact enough to get the required response. The balls will feel very hard to hit. Golfers with slow swing speed will find they get better overall playability from lower compression balls.

Conversely if you have a high swing speed and are using a low compression ball you will not gain maximum distance as you compress the ball to its maximum with energy to spare. That energy is wasted.

I know what you need to do is find a ball with a compression rating most suited to your swing speed

2. Heating process

This vacuum forming method makes use of infra-red heaters and aluminum plates. Although this kind of process is usually handles by larger machines, it could former thicker plastics rapidly. The heaters are located both above the aluminum plates and below it, to produce quality outcomes.

3. Bubble

When the plastic material is inside the machine and it has reached the temperature needed for it to form, this method pre-stretches the plastic to give a smoother outcome product. The bubble method is important because it could assure that unusual shaping materials with extraordinary angles could be reached by the heat.

4. Sheet level

This method involves an electric beam inside the machine that inspects the plastic material and the bottom heater. This method is used when the plastic starts to sag. When the plastic sags, the beam would automatically break down and a quantity of Air would enter the machine causing the sagginess to stop.

6. Vacuum

This vacuum forming method pre-stretches the plastic material. The vacuum serves as assistance in the forming of quality sheets. There are two vital parts in a vacuum-the vacuum tank and the vacuum pump. These two parts enable the machine to rapidly mold the hot sheets.

Once the materials have been shaped and formed, cooling procedure is done before releasing the plastic.

-Cooling is important because when the materials are released, the molds would become deformed and would cause a rejected outcome

-High speed fans are made use to Fasten the cooling process. There is also an option in using s spray mist which is directed into the product sheet

-Whencooled, it is inserted again into the machine to perform a reverse pressure method that strips excess product from the mould

Reinventing Yourself After 50

Reinventing Yourself After 50

What is it about reaching the age of fifty that is like a life switch being flipped on? All around us, people are hitting this moMentous milestone. Suddenly, a new hunger is generated within, almost like an uncontrollable hankering for a piece of chocolate. But this craving is not quickly or easily satisfied with a sweet because this yearning comes from deep within hearts and souls of boomers seeking purpose and fulfillMent in the second half of their lives.

For most, fifty connotes somewhat of a halfway mark. But with longevity and quality of life continuing to increase, more and more people will be living until their 100th year. Recognizing that statistically many of us are likely to be living well into our eighth decade, we have almost as many years ahead of us as behind us. Yet most of us march through the first fifty years somewhat detached from our inner passion and purpose. These two P's have always been there, waiting quietly, patiently for the right moMent, waiting for the life switch to be flipped on. As we approach this life juncture, what we will do with this next half becomes a foggy but nagging question for many.

How many of us selected our careers or made personal life choices based on what we considered practical, socially acceptable, or because we thought the money would be good? How many of us feel passionate about what we are doing because it lights us up and allows us to feel truly fulfilled? Statistics indicate that over 80% of the population is unhappy with their Job, career, or family life! Perhaps this is because the process of selecting a life path is often chosen in college or early in our twenties when we haven't fully explored who we are or what we love. We made "logical," "safe" career decisions. We made socially acceptable personal decisions as well. And once we put ourselves on these paths, we rarely, if ever, veered away. We found change too risky.

How did we make these choices anyway? Many of us analyzed all the pros and cons, and then arrived at the most logical decision. Occasionally, we got input from a well-meaning friend, a sufficiently fearful or negative person who "plays it safe." Sound familiar? Those who did select a life path based on awareness of self-purpose and passion are probably members of a single-digit percentile population base.

It has been found that most of us stopped allowing ourselves to have life dreams by the age of ten.
As early as age ten, societal expectations put us in figurative strait jackets, and we became logic machines. Some of us may allow ourselves to think about our dreams. Most of us, though, have been conditioned to think, "I could never do that," or "Who am I to do that?" A common self-saboTAGing statement among boomers is, "I'm too old to try something new," or "I'm not good enough." Or "It's too risky."

There is a huge misconception about what reinventing oneself is all about. Personal reinvention is not about change. It is about living life from the place of who you truly are - your most authentic inner self. Not what the world expects you to be, not what you think you should be, but whom you know you are inside of you. For many, the ability to know who we truly are has been lost. We need some assistance in accessing this insight. But what kind of assistance?

The movie, The Wizard of Oz, holds some important clues. Remember the Cowardly Lion? He desperately wanted the Wizard to give him courage. When he finally found the Wizard, he learned that he had courage all the time. And so do we. The Wizard of Oz is a perfect parable because Dorothy and her friends formed one of the most famous non-sports teams ever. Together, they helped each member arrive in Oz and realize his individual dream. Separately, not one of them would have accomplished their goal.

And how about geese? We know that geese fly in formation. We know there is a lead bird. People think the lead goose leads and all of the other birds follow. Here is the real story. The lead goose actually draws power from the flock. The flock honks to support, inspire, and motivate the lead goose to fly Faster. And then, when the lead goose flies Faster, they all keep up with him. But the lead goose could not fly as Fast without the flock as with it. And, if any goose is injured or sick during the flight, and needs to stop, two members of the flock will land with the injured goose. They will not leave him but will care for him until he is either healed or dead. Then, and only then, will they resume flight.

Perhaps you find it strange that I am writing about geese and The Wizard of Oz in an article about reinventing yourself. As a coach assisting many people from diverse backgrounds through their life transitions, I have found that the potential for reinventing oneself is vastly enhanced by the experience of doing this with others. When people transition together, they move forward more easily, more enjoyably, and with a greater sense of fulfillment. Teams become communities where members empower each other to reinvent themselves and live into new possibilities.

We are living in a time when millions and millions of Americans are reaching an age when they are reevaluating what's next for them. The Baby Boomers have had the greatest impact on every major marketing trend since the 40's: Gerber Baby Foods, Mattel Toys, The Mustang, then the Minivan, and even the Wonderbra. And now, they are leaving the traditional work force in droves asking themselves "What's next for me?" And they are mystified.

If you are not living your life on purpose, I encourage you to flip your life switch on and reinvent yourself. At times, the process is challenging. At times it is exciting. At times it is downright uncomfortable. On the other side of this discomfort is the opportunity for immeasurable joy and vitality.

I have a friend whom I love calling on the phone particularly because I get to hear her voice mail message: "Have a great day, and just remember, life is not a Dress rehearsal."
